I was banded on Friday the 10th. But I am feeling SO sick to my stomach/ I feel like I need to throw up. Also the gas pain is about to drive crazy!! I can feel it moving around and hurts like hell!

All above are right. You must walk several times a day. Even if it's for just 2 or three minutes. It will pass after a few days, and you will feel completely back to normal.

What everyone else has said is they way to go...

My doctor sent me home with a prescription for gas/bloat meds and they helped a lot. If you don't have that, then do the Gas X.

One additional method to cope is Hot Showers. I will stand in my hot shower for 30 minutes and just rock back and forth, probably has the same effect as a heating pad.

It will get better.

Your nausea will improve, hang in there and make sure you are drinking in sips..call the doctor if your nausea isn't better soon. Good Luck, it will get better!!
