i used dr. mark paya in west hills...if ur looking for a surgeon that wants his patients to be sucessful and healthy he is the one!!!!!!!!! i cant say enough good things about dr. paya...he isnt going to sugar coat weight loss and baby u...he is going to support YOU doing it...he will congradulate ur success' and let u know straight up when your doing something wrong...if u tell him ur eating mc donalds and not losing weight..he is going to tell u ur not going to lose weight eating mcdonalds...his 1st words to me at my consultation were "are you ready for this"???? before he even went over the procedure and details he will make sure you are ready....he was crystal clear that the bad is just a tool...it wont stop u from eating ice cream it wont pull u off the couch and make u exercise...its a tool...the rest is up 2 u...
