Would love some advice

Hi everyone my name is Carmina, I am 37 years old, I was banded 12/11/08 by Dr Ariel Ortiz in Tijuana Mexico.

I have not had great results so far, I have lost 10 lbs since surgery, I have had 3 fills, I am currently @ 3cc in a 4cc band.

My restriction is pretty good but still losing.

I would love to get some advice.
