Hello! My name is Patti. I live on Chincoteague Island, VA. I've just started my pre-op journey and diet. My surgeon is Dr. Alae Zarif in Berlin, MD. I've got insurance approval, so my surgery date will be some time in May. Looking forward to learning a lot of helpful tips here.

    Hi Patti,

    Just started as well. Not approved yet, though. Hoping to be! Using Dr. Zarif as well. Would love to hear about your experiences with him as he is somewhat new to the procedure!
