Banded on 10/24/09 and needed suggestions

I was banded on Tuesday and came home on Wed on Liquids. I am going to the doctor on Thursday April 2 and I am trying to stick with 4oz an hour but find myself having a hard time. I am not spacing it out enough and then I get thursty and drink 3-4 oz and then have chest pains.

DonnaLee: I think I am doing the same thing. I do OK drinking my clear fluids over an hour (up to 6oz), but when I have soup, sometimes 3 or 4 oz, then I forget and drink my clear liquids as usual the rest of the hour and get a real tight chest. I guess its all a learning experience. Congrats. I was banded on Tuesday also.
