Another new one!

I am meeting with the doctor tomorrow and will have the band put in the second week of April. Any suggestions on the liquid diet?

    The liquid diet just kinda sucks, murph. There's really not much to be done but grin and bear it.

    I personally found that the higher Protein content shakes helped me feel full the longest (although Slim fast tasted the best). Remember the liquid diet is for your own health and safety, so hang in there. Good luck!!
