Soap

Hi Guys,

I have surgery on 04-03-09..Does anyone have any suggestion for what type of soap to use that won't infect the incisions..:rolleyes2:

I agree with Plain (as usual, sigh! ) LOL anyway

soap won't infect you, germs infect you. But while you are healing most surgeons tell you to NOT scrub or wash your surgical sites. I was told to just let water wash over them. Your doc can guide you!

Dial Anti-Bacterial liquid.

Yepyep. I was just told anti-bacterial. I stayed away from anything scented. I just got Dial as well. I was told to use a washcloth and gently clean AROUND my incisions but not on them, and then to squeeze the washcloth (wring it out) over them before rinsing them off, and to not actually clean them.
