3-5- banded

Hello fellow banders. 3-5 for me and doing well except for wanting real food now and then. Still wearing same pants size and down at least 10lb, I think maybe due to swelling.

I'm amazed at how much water I can drink without feeling full.

I'm sure after the first fill that will change.

a little tip I use when making protein shakes, I flavor it with a very small amount of jell-o and that works great and saves on calories,I noticed the flavored protein has 50 more calories that nonflavored.

I see the Dr. on monday and think he will put me on soft foods. Better days ahead.

Yes, it's definitely easier once you have something other than liquids to deal with. I found that I could "chew" jello and sf popsicles and that helped a lot.
