I have highmark security blue insurance......quick question

do anyone else have and how long did it take for you to be approved? also did not do well on 6 month diet....lost then gained then lost...back to orginal weight.

am worried about being oked. finished up everything this week, doctors office sending to insurance today.

any replies are greatly appriecated.

You might want to try posting this in the insurance forum to get more responses. You may also be able to find something if you search "highmark security" under the search function.

One of the other ladies at the orientation I went to had that insurance...but it was her 2nd time around. She was saying since she couldnt follow a 6 month diet they made her go back and try again before they approved it. But it might be different with other people...I'm not sure though.

I have tricare so it is very quick. I had my first evaluation on tuesday and my approval was already faxed to them today. She called me to set up my surgery date but i missed the call...so i have like a 5 week wait until my surgery which from what i have heard is extremley fast.
