Band Slipped.. how do u know??

Hey everyone! I'm 6 days post-op from being banded and just wanted to know... What are the signs of a slipped band? Can you tell or is it something the dr finds?? Thanks and Good luck to all!

At one point I was having some issues with too much restriction and keeping food down and I feared that my band had somehow slipped. The surgeon told me if the band did happen to move out of position, you would feel a lot of pain and not be able to keep any food down. I did have an upper GI just to make sure though, my band was just too tight at that point but had not slipped. A slight unfill helped.
