My name is Josie and I got my lapband done in Mexico by Dr. Ortiz. He is the best! I got my lapband done in July 2008 and I have lost about 78 pounds! I weigh 155. I just got my second fill on march 7 2009. I am so pleased.

    Good job! Keep it up. Remember the closer you get to your goal the more difficult it is..I am almost there but have a long road ahead of me. Make sure your eating enough to keep you metabolism burning stong. Happy Journey:thumbup:
