Where in Mexico is he located? (assuming that he is) If it's near the border, be VERY careful. I live in Texas and they are telling us NOT to travel to Mexico.

The key cities are TJ and Juarez. It's not the entire country, it is key cities.

It's been a while since your original post. Any updates? Are you still set for 4/4? I am considering Dr. Ortiz in mid-May, but I am concerned about the current border issues in Tijuana. I am also having a hard time finding any MX May bandsters. Keep me updated on your status!
