It is that time of the month, yep i eat more, want chocolate, or something sweet, and carbs - pasta noodles, any ideas. don't want to slowly put on all the weight i have lost,also really tired so cannot excercise, absolutely buggered. Any suggestions, vitamins, etc. greatly appreciated.:)

drink more water, make sure your getting enough vitamins, exercise would really help you too..keep away from sugars, they will only give you a quick fix & come down with a bump & feeling lathargic again

When a craving hits and I can't shake it, I eat a dark chocolate sf pudding. They are really good and only 60 calories.
