Hello, I am Jennifer from Frazee, MN and I am at the begining process of getting the lap band, I am not really nervious yet but I am anycious and want to loose all this extra weight so I can have a more healthier life with my 2 kids, I have 2 girls ages 4 and 6 and they keep me busy and out of breath... I am looking for advice on what I should do to prepare me for my life time change....:party:
