Hello folks, My Name is Neil and I am a Scotsman living in Houston Texas. I am about to have Lapband Surgery and have my Nutrition evaluation tommorow. Welcome to the forum, Neil. Congratulations and good luck on your surgery. It goes by so quickly. The first month is a little rough but it gets easier after you get your first fill.

Banding is the best thing I ever did and I have no regrets. My life is infinitely better now and that more than makes up for a little discomfort in the beginning.
