Hot Flashes and Chewable Solutions

I suffer hot flashes and pre-lap band I was taking Estroven Extra Strength which totally helped curb the hot flashes. Now that I am lap-banded and can't take those big "horse pills", does anyone know of an alternative chewable that will help w/ the hot flashes?:tt2: I live in Minnesota but I'm burning up here......will take any suggestions.

Hi:

My doctor had me on a very low dosage of a high blood pressure pill to help with the hot flashes. It was a tiny pill. I think it was called clonidine.

Good luck. I'm almost past the hot flashes, but I got them early because of taking tamoxifen. I probably only get one or two a week, and I always just got them at night.

I love my band.
