Wendy ,

It is hard . It took me 5 months to get rid of the head hunger. We are addicts. We didn't get to the lbs we are without hand to mouth. It is a habit . Our band is a tool.

Hang in there. It is so worth it. I didn't know how much my weight was depressing me. I pretended it didn't. It was hard moving that weight around everyday. I always had to take a nap. I was missing out on life.

good luck,

edie
