There hasn't been much activity here in a few days. I was checking in to see how everyone is doing. I hope all is well and everybody has good news to report on their weght loss.

    well im another 2 pounds. so thats good news for me. i just got 25.5 pounds to go before i meet my july goal.

    I was wondering what was going on with everybody too...I know for me I have been SUPER busy...writing papers and doing schoolwork...I dont even think Ive worked out in the last 1 1/2...shame on me...but wt loss is going good. Hope to see everyone sat!!!!
