Next Phase Begins!

I'm very excited to start my 3-week pre-surgery liquid diet when I wake up tomorrow morning. Hopefully the journey will be as fulfilling as the destination. Good luck to everyone else getting ready for surgery in the next few weeks!

    Thank you and good luck to you as well. I will be banned on the 9th of March. Just got back from the "Hopstial & post surgery" shopping trip. Sipping a protein smoothie (yuck), NO PAIN NO GAIN UHHH LOSS!
