I have a 10 cc and am currently at 6 cc. I don't think I have reached my sweet spot yet, but I know when to stop. I asked my surgeon and he said it varies for everyone but usually between 6 and 8. Just a couple of pounds of weight loss can impact the area around you stomach and make you need another fill.
