April Fools Weightloss Challenge

Hey everyone! The Valentine's challenge ends today, and I don't know about you, but I do really well when I set mini-goals for myself. Since we don't really have a lot of big holidays in the next few months, I'm going to make April Fools a big one! (Insert cheesy joke here about my weight not being a joke)

sooo.... add yourself please! April Fools Day is about 6 weeks away!

Name...........Start Lbs........Current..........Goal.....To Go

Janesays........214.8..............214.8............202.........12.8

Way to go Jane! THAT is a great way to start Tuesday!!!

My body is refusing to participate. It would appear that despite 1-2 hours at the gym 6 days a week, my body is determined to stay right where it is at.

I had a fill yesterday and have ramped up my excercise. I updated the spreadsheet! Looks like I have 3 more pounds to go.

The fill has really helped me as I had started slipping a bit. Way to go everyone and keep the focus on.

gingerbug--

don't get discouraged! you have proved to everyone how awesome you already are! now that you are PAST your goal and just reachin for the ultimate of "smokin hot" (which i already think you are-- but you have to be the judge on that one!), your body probably just wants to go reallllly slow. i bet when you arent paying attention, over the course of the next few months, you will lose those last few.

you are seriously SUCH an inspiration!

Great job everyone!

I just did my weekly weigh-in and am at 253.8— .2 lbs past my goal! I think I'll shoot for another 4 lbs by April 1.

Ahh, thank you for your kind words. I needed to ehar that today. I peed and peed and peed today and I think I meight be primed for some weight loss when I wake up in the morning. I need to do some research regarding protien after heavy weightlifting. I had a smoothing king shredder today after my workout and felt just great all day. 30 grams of protien right after a workout. I need to google this.

Wooohooo, I finally broke that plateau!! I am down 4.2 pounds total. Now, I dont know how I am going to accomplish anouther 7.8 pounds in lust less than 3 weeks but I am going to get as close as I can! I am super excited!
