Hi everyone this is my first time posting in a long while. I am still trying to figure out how to navigate the site. I am getting banded in Pennsylvania on Feb 24th, I am scared and excited!! :thumbup: I just want to make sure I do everything right. Any advice from recent banders?

Welcome! I was banded Jan 19th and every day I get further away from that day the better I feel and the more hope I have.

My advice is to keep a positive attitude and do exactly what your doctor tells you to do. I love my band and wish you the best on your journey! :thumbup:

I live in PA but I was banded in Jersey in October 08'. This forum is great I use it alot. If I get bored and want to eat or tired and dont want to exercise I come here read whats new and it helps me get motivated.
