I dont know yet, My insurance Empire BCBS will be paying 80%.. So I will be billed I guess the rest.....

But for self pay everything is inclusive at 16950 including 1 year of follow up

Yahoooooooooooo, the Dr's office just called and confirmed that it is def the 30th... Wooh Hoooooooooo. So Tues teh 16th I start that darned Optifast for 2 weeks, man how am I gonna survive on 800 calories a day..... :>(

I'll be right there doing the Optifast with ya hun! My date is Aug 31st, just got scheduled today.
