said hello to the gym again.....

i went to the gym today and did an hour of walking on the treadmill and 20 min of strength training.....yea! I feel good! I like feeling in control again now that i'm back on track, but everyday is a "test" and a struggle still. good luck to me and everyone. Bandsters unite!

Way to go!!! I finally got my treadmill and actually worked out 3x last week-- Let's get our booties in gear!

Isn't it amazing how good it makes you feel? I hadn't really worked out since being banded but did prior and I forgot how it can energize you.

LET'S DO IT!
