new to this site

hi im rita and i was banded last september 2008 in prague .. i had my first fill of 2mls in december( its an expensive game having 2 travel 2 and fro to prague for refills, i was quoted a price and three refills with in 2 yrs asuming it would be done in uk any how noticing no difference i had a secondrefill under xray in uk .. the doctor at the clinic said my band was empty so he topped me up with 5 mls after a week of mushy meals i can still eat same amount , i was expecting a few mouth fulls of food and i would be full so i am now wondering wether i have a leak.. but surely the doctor would of noticed this under xray.. i am losing hope now and becoming paranoid as i have only lost 19 pounds in five months ... i thought this would be an answer 2 my prayers any advice would be appericated ...

What size is your band? I have 4.5 ccs (mls) and no restriction to speak of but have a 14 cc band.

You're saying you had 2 ccs put in in dec and then Jan they said your band was empty and put in 5? Where did that first 2 cc's go? What did the UK surgeon say?

Depending on responsive and helpful he/she was when you went in for your fill, I'd call and ask if they thought I might have a leak. It wouldn't necessarily show up on an x-ray.
