Congratulations on the losing of 48lbs! That is so awesome!:( I also had my surgery in October but I've only lost a total of about 30lbs. It's good but at the same time it's sad because I haven't lost any more weight since November.:scared2: It's really starting to bum me out. Any words of advice or encouragement? I could really use some help here. If not that's ok, too. Again congrats and keep up the good work!:)

That's awesome! Color me jealous! Sounds like you're off to an incredible start!

I was banded on 1/9 and since surgery have lost 7 lbs. I did lose 13 on the pre-surgery diet though. :scared2:

Congratulations and best of luck to you!!!

Hey Spudgirl, I was banded om 10/13. I just hit 40 pounds today. I have been drinking about 80 oz of Water a day and it's really helped. I think I lost about 5 lbs in just the last week and a half. Switch up your routine a bit. Change your diet, exercise or water intake a little and see what happens. Good luck!

Great job on the weight loss so far!! I am scheduled for this week (Thursday) and am ready to rock! I hope I have as much success as you have had!

I just want to say congratulations on the weight loss. I havent my surgery yet, I just got approval from insurance, so I am waiting for a surgery date from my doctor. I am extremely excited and anxious to get this done. I have been in the process since May of last year, I am finally glad thats its about to be done. Wish me luck!
