journey ,beginning

hi all

Just had surgery Jan 12th and journey is beginning. Am finding the whole eating thing a case of hit and miss with regards to how much I can eat. Havent had any fill in band yet...that's scheduled for Feb. Can someone tell me how things will change from this stage to my first 'fill' of lapband.

From now until your first fill you may find yourself to be hungry. Until you start to feel the effects of fills you will need some willpower.

How we respond to fills is individual. My first fill didn't do much and that is true for many bandsters. As you get fills you will notice that you have to be very careful of how and what you eat, something you tolerated well before the fill may take a lot more work and time. You will also notice that you stay full longer after a fill or two.
