New and struggling!

:frown:Hi,

I was banded in 5/08 in Juarez, Mexico. I lost 35 pounds initially, but have been struggling since November and recently gained 5 pounds back. I really want to get back on track, but I am afraid that my pouch is stretched or dilated. I need help and I am hoping by joining this talk forum and staying in touch with others will help.
