Hi there, just looking to talk to people who have had the lap band put in and what their experiences are/were like. Both good and bad. I want to know all the stuff that doctors don't necessarily tell you. I'd like info from real people who've done weither it's good or bad.

Surgeon doesn't know exactly how it happens.. he said maybe It was loose and the pressure moved up, not a real answer, he is a very good Doctor from Stanford Hospital, and I trust him, and I'm sure he will fix my problem, but is not fun living with discomfort with everything I eat... I haven't of anyone else having this issues!!

I had lapband surgery on 11/10/2008. Today I had my first fill. So far all has gone well. I weighed 200lbs. and am 5'3''. I am now 170.
