Hi,

I am scheduled for the lap band on January 30, 2009. I've been preparing since November 2008 when I went to a seminar. I feel very ready to do this and am currently on the pre-op diet.

    Welcome to LapBandTalk!

    Be sure to check out the Pre-op Support section. I didn't have to do a pre-op diet as I had already lost weight on my own before my surgical consult.

    I'm scheduled for the 30th as well .....only 10 days to go !!!

    Today is my second day on the liquid protein diet, so far so good. Good luck to you, keep in touch and let me know how you are coming along.
