Oregon and Washington Drs

Hi my name is Patti and I am want to do Lap band. I need to find a Dr. around Pendleton, Oregon as far as Portland who has reasonable prices and takes Blue Cross blue Sheild insurance. Can anyone help. With the insurance I might beable to do it sooner than later
