I'm Erika and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I live in South Bend, Indiana. I'm a wife, a mother of two wonderful children and I'm in the beginning process of the Lap Band. I've been through all of my different appointments, (Exercise Physiologist, Medical Doctor, Dr. Credi - Surgeon and Behavior Therapist) and now the waiting games starts, for my insurance to review and approve me for surgery.
