Has any one else noticed that some days your a bottomless pit and other days one bite and your PBing for hours.

I have the same issue as well, some days it is all I can do to get some calories in and then others I am so hungry I can barely stand myself!

Of course the mornings difficult regardless, I am so tight I can only have my coffee for the first 2 hours after waking.

I have similar issues. I can honestly say I have only PB'd one time, but some days it can take a lot to fill me up and other days, I get full quicker, but..... It seems like I get hungry sooner if I get full quicker. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. I think I may need another fill. I've had 2 fills so far and I've got 6ml in a 14ml band.

I know where you're coming from also. It seems to be about every 3 or 4 days I could eat anything and everything. Other days it only takes a few bites. I posted about this about a week ago and got answers ranging from it could be hormones to not enough protein, to not enough fiber, etc. I think it's just that we are all so different that no one answer works for all of us. I have to wonder if maybe it's just our bodys' way of fighting to keep on the weight. We are eating so differently and maybe not getting enough nutrients that the body is saying "Whoa there, Feed me." Just a thought. Keep up the good work. Simone
