Hi, I'm Beverly and I'm just staring my lap band journey. My daughter has the band in June '08. And has lost 35lbs. I hope everyone is doing good on their journey as I am. Hope to have my band by June or July '09.

I was banded by Dr Jorge Rincon in July 07 im down 114 pds

Hi ya'll. Thanks for the welcome and encouragement. I should be having my surgery by this summer. We are retired Air Force and I'm not sure yet if I will have my surgery at the military hospital or at a civilian one. I have just started all the tesing and appts. needed. So far so good. Please keep the support coming, I need it. Would love to hear from any of ya'll any time you need to talk. Thanks again.:thumbup:
