For The long Term

I am curious to know from those of you that have had the lap band long term or someone who knows the answer.

After having the band for several years and after the having fills, losing weight cycle does the band ever get to its max fill without your weight being were you want it. If so what next.

If it makes you feel better, my surgeon says that has never happened to him. He has placed about a thousand bands.

If you follow the rules and do your part, that does not happen. The band is not the magic cure. It's not going to stop you from eating candy chips cookies and ice cream. It will help you get full from a smaller amount of food but it will not stop head hunger for junk food.
