3 weeks yesterday

I had my lap band put on 3 weeks ago yesterday. I am down 40lbs since I started actively sticking to a food plan and increasing my excersize, (July 2008). I am just hoping to connect with other lap banded folks in Seattle in order to gain support around my future plans. Specifically I want to see if people are into work out partnering, lap band folks who are also in recovery or for Jewish lap banded people who want to do Shabbat meals. Looking forward to hearing from people. Thanks in advance.
