GNC Protein

Has anyone tried any of the protein mixes that GNC has? I ordered some protein Unjury, and some other liquid and I have heard nothing but how bad it is, and I am afraid to open it and try it. I am thinking about sending it back if I can find another protein that I can buy locally that is good. Any suggestions?

The ONLY protein powder I use is Nectar & it is fabulous! I get it at The Vitamin Shoppe or you can order from Bodybuilding.com & it comes in many fruity flavors. I have bought many others just to give them away & they aren't cheap so if you don't like Nectar you probably won't like anything. I've tried Strawberry-Kiwi & Artic Sky(fruit blend) & next I want to try the Lemonade. Oh & it has only 90 cal, 0 fat, 0 carbs, 0 sugar & 23 grams protein!

Hi,

I got from GNC Nature's Best® Isopure Zero Carb. The ones I bought are Alpine Punch, Grape Frost, & Pineapple Orange Banana. They were not bad and you only had to have 1 a day! I hope this helps, Rusty :(

I bought the GNC ON (optimum nutrition) Gold, in "delicious strawberry" and "chocolate malt" flavors. I find the chocolate very good and the strawberry good. I mix them in the blender with Water and a little crushed ice, to avoid the calories and carbs in milk.

I also bought three bottles of Isopure, the orange/pineapple/banana, lemon iced tea, and apple melon. I thought the orange was lousy but drinkable, the iced tea absolutely awful, and I haven't tried the apple yet.

I tried the nectar and didnt like it at all. My dr. wants me to mix 30gms of protien with only 4oz. of water and nectar might tast good if you mixed it by the directions. I use syntha-6 chocolate, cookies and cream, vanilla and i like them ok. I get them at suppersuplements.

I got the chocolate flavor from GNC and mix it with skim milk I dont know if thats a good idea but it tastes better than mixing with water.

I use GNC's Pro Performance 100% whey -- Banana Cream is great, Vanilla is good too. They now offer Unflavored but I haven't opened it yet. I tried Mixed berry and I quickly took it back to the store, yuk! My partner uses the chocolate flavors by ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, also at GNC. Those are really good too.

Banana Cream in the blender with either Soy or Skim milk and a couple of ice cubes is the best I've found. I put my powdered Vitamins and liquid Calcium right in the blender with it.
