current medications and surgery

I'm being banded the end of Jan. and was wondering about staying on my current medications. Are we able to swallow tiny pills. I can't just stop my happy pills. Thanks Tam

I take 8 medications a day and have no problem.....I dont know about your happy pills i take lorazapam and have no problem at all I am 8 weeks post-op and crushed my large meds for the first week and then just started taking them a few at a time and have had no problems....

I have no problem swallowing a capsule and a tiny pill. I just make sure I take a drink of water first before swallowing the pill so my throat isn't dry.

My doctor told me to take my pill, so I do with no problems.
