Hello

I just had surgery on Dec 4,2008 and I am not sure if I made the right decision or not. :girl_hug: I am experiencing a lot of nausea and pain I do not know if I can get through all of this.

The nausea is probably from your pain meds. It will get better each day but try to save the meds for bedtime.

It's just been a few days. Those feelings will pass. Don't regret this fast forward your mind to the better days you'll be feeling in a few weeks. Don't get me wrong. It won't take a few weeks to feel better, just that by that time you will forget today. I am 2 months and counting post op and I am amazed the energy I feel. I am almost doing to much physically. I have to be cautious because I am suffering from pinch nerves on both sides of my body. I am exercising only as prescribed but, sometimes I can overdo.

Anyway back to you. Try to occupy yourslf with a book or a movie or even a good conversation. Take yourself out of your discomfort cause I know one day you will be doing the same for some other post-op patient. Take care, chin up it will get better.
