Hi there. My name is Desiree. I have recently completed my consult with Dr.Martin from commonwealth surgeons and currently waiting for insurance apporval. I have Anthem BC/BS VA and my policy DOES have a rider for lapband surgery, so for now i'm just twiddling my thumbs waiting for that letter.

More about me. I'm 25 years old Married almost 4 years and I have a 5 year old daughter. I'm 5'1 and weigh 236lbs, My BMI is 44.6 and i have a small frame.
