December 2, 200817 yr Holy crap, I just got the hiccups, and it scared me like anything. My usual remedy is to drink down Water, but I can't do that now! Tell me I'm being paranoid, and that hiccups don't cause the band to slip or anything! I'm on day 7 post-op. -vangirl
December 2, 200817 yr I don't think hiccups can make your band slip. I get them more now that I did before banding. You can still drink Water, just a little more slowly. It should pass quickly :0)
December 3, 200817 yr Hiccups are my full sign. I get them when I am at a full point and my sign to stop eating anything else.
December 3, 200817 yr I get hiccups whenever i get stuck on something..lol..happens everytime! Dont worry im thinking hiccups are fine. Ive gotten them alot and nothing has happened.
December 3, 200817 yr I am 13 days post op and I notice whenever I get mild hiccups or a hiccup --- they really hurt. It's like I can feel the band around my stomach.
