I am not sure how to even begin I am new to lap band talk and I am three weeks post opp!! and do realize I need support from people that have been threw the same. I am asking if anyone knows of any support groups in the San Fernando Valley, CA. Thank you. :thumbup:

If you don't get answer here, try the California forum under USA forums. There are some people there trying to start a new support group in SoCal and plenty of SoCal people who can answer your question.
