Help for follow-up

Hi everyone! I had my lapband done in August of 2006 and the physicians group that did the surgery relocated. The other pysicians in the Memphis area will not follow-up or are requiring additional test that are not covered by my insurance. Does anyone have any suggestions PLEASE?
