New to the site

Hello, I have been reading for a couple of weeks now. I just switched insurance to a insurance company that is going to cover Lapband after the first of the year!

i have been waiting 2 years to get some coverage YEAH! I have been overweight most of my adult life, but especially for the last 15 years. 3 years ago i was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes, and i paniced, and got on the ball I weighed 384 and lost over 80 pounds, never got to under 300, but before long, i quit smoking and the weight started slowly coming back, I got back up to 376 pounds, right now i am down to 360 but i know i cannot do that again with out some help, Now my glucose levels are way to high, The good thing is i love to walk, so i am hoping that will help the weight come off sooner.

I am chomping at the bit to call the Northwest weight loss center to get started!!

thanks for listening! :grouphug:
