I have two children, younger one is little fatty. I’ve read few things for the same that’s why would like to share with you. The problem of obesity in the United States has grown considerably in recent years. Between 15 and 35 percent of children and adolescents are obese. First of all do lot of care, avoid fried and junky food. Give him/her juice. Go for morning walk with your children.
