checking into lap band

Hello, i am in the process of lap band have been to therapist and doctor now to diet specialist, than insurance company for approval, i amkeeping mu fingers crossed..

Does the optifast diet before surgery taste good.. Sure hope so.. If not any ideas on how to make it taste better..
