two months with the lapband

Hi, I had the lap band two months ago. I am now 33 pounds lighter. I have not had a fill yet. I am nervous about the holidays and my food choices during them. I love chocolate and to me it is an addition.

    Good luck, inlove. The head hunger is the toughest part. Just keep on resisting as hard as you can. 33 lbs is a great start!! You can do this!
