New Kid on the block

Hello,

For the past five years, I have been going back and forth with this.. Now, I have decided to go ahead with it. My insurance wont pay, so I will have to pay everything out of pocket. Any suggestion ideas will help.. I am going through Dr. Victor Gonzalez. I would appreciate your feed back about him.. My first meeting is on wenesday.. I am ready to do the surgery asap.. Do you know how long will take since I am self pay?
