I'm never any good at these things! So I guess I will start with I don't have a surgery date yet, I am kind of nervous but very excited. I am hoping to find the encouragement I need here amongst people who have been through this! Any advice would be great!!

You can find a lot of good information here about the surgery. I personally liked starting out in the Before & After pictures to get some motivation and hype me up for the surgery..

There's a lot of valuable information all over the place to answer just about any question I could ever have thought of.

Where can I find that?

Click on the forum "General Lapband discussion". Then it's like the 2nd thread from the top...."Before and after pics", or something catchy like that. Just explore around and have fun! There's lots of good stuff to look for and people to meet here!
