I am at a standstill as well. I was banded on 8/18 and had a 3 cc fill 6 weeks later. I need to try to get another fill because today I ate an entire reuben before feeling full. I know that was not the best choice but as a paramedic on the road and not eating for 7 hours......

salad seems to be the easiest thing for me to eat. But I can't stop eating it...??? I never feel the full feeling like I should with that. I have heard that some things just go down easier...maybe that might be why?!

Really make an effort to eat your Proteins first. I find that proteins fill me up much faster than anything else. Salad just turns to mush and goes right on through.

i think i'm at a standstill. we had a covered dish at work...and i tried. but i gained some weight that week. but then i went right back to watching what i was doing and lost all that i put on...but now i'm stuck. gotta get through thanksgiving and then i have an appointment. think i'll ask for a fill that day.
